The hotel was fairly clean, the staff were very-very nice. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of delicacies. The venue's location was unbeatable, so close to Central Valley shopping outlet as well as a very good restaurant/pub. Plus, it was 5 minutes by car to Ramapo College.

Quiet and stunningly beautiful hotel, the rooms were brand-new. Nice building and rooms with a tub. All the staff was willing to help. Smooth check in and late check out. No charge for wake up service and ironing too.

It was a very very good stay on a business trip. We loved rooms with a couch. The staff was willing to help and gladly accommodated all our requests. The location was good and absolutely perfect - not far from The Mason Jar restaurant.

Sincerely, it was a really great stay on a business trip. The rooms were perfectly appointed and equipped with double beds and 2 TVs and good WiFi connection.

A study table, a radio and coffee-making facilities in the room, particularly good and absolutely perfect location. Many things to like: exceptionally comfortable bed, good food, caring staff.

Breakfasts were delicious.

The rooms were brand-new and tidy here with good WiFi connection, a tub and the shower. The location was ideal, just next door to The Mason Jar restaurant, activities in Suffern NY and the cafe.

Overall had fine stay on a business trip. The room was perfectly appointed, tastefully decorated and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, with lots of food options. The location was marvellous close to shopping areas, the staff was willing to help. It was also just off shops.

There was restaurant missing.

Everything was great and the rooms were good sized. Liked our rooms with a couch. The staff greeted us with a smile and was willing to help. That hotel was in a good and handy location, in main areas...

I only stayed 2 nights, yet the staff was willing to help - ticked all the boxes for me.

Great location, very close to interstate! Beautiful country side location and an amazing staff. Stephanie and the gentleman she was working with on the evening we arrived were absolutely fantastic and made us feel right at home. This was the best service we'd received in the New York area in the past 4 nights.

I ,my husband and our son were guests at your hotel for 2 nights.It was Saturday night ...around 11pm. I wanted to buy a bottle of water for my 18 months old son.The lady at the front desk could not scan the bar code for this item. I offered to pay $2 dollars for this bottle of water ...but she did not sell it to me and did not try to help me in any way. I was very,very disappointed.

We stayed at Fairfield Inn for 5 nights and had a great experience. The hotel had a wonderful ambience and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and we were impressed by the lady who was vacuuming the lobby. The location was convenient and we were able to explore the area easily.

It is a good price for what you get. The hotel is very clean, very nice and the staff is great. It's 20 minutes from Woodbury Outlet, where I did some shopping for the whole weekend. I will definitively go back there...I Recommend!
